FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, particularly, to device for perfecting machines for continuous production of parts from stressed concrete or reinforced concrete. Proposed device comprises stationary bin feeding mortar into vibratory casework, retention casework and finishing casework. It comprises also the assembly of removal and mixing of concrete arranged inside said bin, at its rectangular bottom, batten of deaeration and straightening on finishing casework, exhauster to discharge air from said finishing casework, shutters on both sides extending between vibratory casework and retention casework and arranged on lengthwise metal support secured to said vibratory casework first section. Second section of said casework is secured to retention casework and flexible plate of length equal to that of metal support. Said flexible plate is made from wear resistant material.
EFFECT: higher concrete density, reduced power consumption.
