METHOD OF IMMUNODIAGNOSIS OF GASTRODUODENAL ZONE DISEASES Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC G01N33/53

Abstract RU 2677228 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to clinical immunology and gastroenterology, and can be used to diagnose diseases of the gastroduodenal zone. Method includes determining clinical parameters and immunological study of blood factors. Concentration of pepsinogen-1, pepsinogen-2, secretory immunoglobulin A, the titer of total antibodies to the Helicobacter pylori cytotoxic antigen is determined in the serum. With clinical signs, serum concentrations of pepsinogen-1 64.0 mcg/l and more, pepsinogen-2 4.0 mcg/l and more, secretory immunoglobulin A 3.9 mg/l and more, positive titer of total antibodies to the cytotoxic antigen Helicobacter pylori establish the presence of erosive and ulcerative defects in the stomach and duodenum. With clinical signs, serum concentrations of pepsinogen-1 in the normal range, pepsinogen-2 9.0 mcg/l and more, secretory immunoglobulin A 3.1 mg/l and more, positive titer total antibodies to the cytotoxic antigen Helicobacter pylori establish the presence of erosive and ulcerative defects in the duodenum.

EFFECT: use of the invention allows to determine the localization and severity of diseases of the gastroduodenal zone using an immunological study of blood factors, which is minimally invasive.
