FIELD: measuring technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measuring technology, in particular to means for measuring electrical voltage, and can be used when measuring the voltage of the piezoelectric effect to control changes in the tensile strength of polymer materials. The oscillatory circuits of the first and second autogenerators, respectively, contain two electrodes made of a conductive material, intended for fixing on opposite surfaces of the investigated and supporting polymeric materials, respectively. The outputs of the first and second autogenerators are connected to the corresponding inputs of the phase detector, the output of which is connected to the input of the low-pass filter (LPF). The LPF output is connected to the input of the information processing unit, the output of which is connected to the input of the information display device.

EFFECT: invention provides ability to control changes in the structure of the polymer material by measuring the voltage of the piezoelectric effect.
