FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, more specifically to the rolling production. For the rolled products obtaining with the ferritic-pearlite structure, in which the quenching type structure elements are present in the amount of not more than 10 %, performing the steel smelting, containing, wt. %: carbon 0.19–0.22; manganese 1.20–1.35; silicon 0.15–0.30; chromium, nickel, copper – not more than 0.1 each, molybdenum – not more than 0.01; vanadium – not more than 0.01, titanium 0.015–0.030, niobium – 0.025–0.040; aluminum 0.02–0.05, iron and inevitable impurities the rest being, its casting, rough rolling with the rolled strip with a thickness of at least 35 mm production, finishing rolling at the end temperature of 855÷885 °C, water cooling, strips winding into coils, at that, the rolled product cooling rate after finishing rolling for the first 15–25 seconds is 15–18 °C/s, in the next 10–20 seconds is 8–10 °C/s, and the roll coiling temperature is 520÷560 °C.
EFFECT: invention can be used to produce rolled steel for the oil pipes manufacturing of the Kc group according to GOST 52203-04 without additional heat treatment.
