FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, namely the production of hot-rolled coils from low-alloy steel for the manufacture of electric-welded tubing. Continuously cast billets are obtained from steel with the following content of chemical elements, wt.%: carbon 0.28-0.32, silicon 0.25-0.45, manganese 0.8-1.4, sulfur not more than 0.007, phosphorus not more than 0.015, chromium no more than 0.2, nickel no more than 0.2, copper no more than 0.2, aluminum 0.02-0.08, nitrogen no more than 0.01, niobium no more than 0.01, titanium no more than 0.01, vanadium not more than 0.01, molybdenum 0.001-0.01. Austenization of continuously cast billets for rolling is carried out at a temperature of 1185-1285°С. Roughing and finishing hot rolling are carried out, while the temperature of the end of rough rolling is maintained in the range of 1000-1180°C, and the temperature of the end of finishing rolling is maintained in the range of 800-880°C. The strips are cooled at a rate of 8-13°С/s and the strips are wound into rolls at a temperature of 550-650°С.
EFFECT: obtaining hot-rolled rolled products with the required level of mechanical properties.
