SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes a dental cleaning tool (variants), relates to the field of medical technology and is intended for cleaning teeth. In the first embodiment, the dental cleaning instrument comprises a body portion forming the longitudinal axis of the dental cleaning instrument. Body section comprises: node for cleaning with dental floss, comprising first shoulder and second shoulder, extending substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis; receiving slot formed in the first shoulder; and shield, formed on the first shoulder. Flap is made with the ability to close the receiving slot so that access to the receiving slot is restricted from the first direction; and additional cleaning tool connected to the first shoulder. Additional cleaning tool is rotatable with respect to the first arm in at least two degrees of freedom, so that it can be inserted into the receiving slot from a second direction different from the first direction. According to the second variant, the receiving slot in the dental cleaning tool is partially covered with a flap extending from the portion of the first shoulder. According to the third variant, the additional cleaning tool is connected to the first shoulder by means of a movable hinge, which ensures the movement of the additional cleaning tool in at least two directions around the movable hinge.
