FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, namely to a hemostatic treatment wrap for imposing on a limb and a method for producing a hemostatic cuff. Treatment wrap is made with inflatable body (2) surrounding inflatable chamber (1), made with the possibility of inflation by compressed gas from the non-inflated initial state in order to stop bleeding in the limb. Inflatable body (2) comprises first portion (1a) and second portion (1b). First portion (1a) is formed by tensile wall (4) of a tensile material, and second section (1b) is formed by elongated carrier (3), extending in the longitudinal direction (L) and made of a carrier material. Stretchable wall (4) is fixed on carrier (3). Tensile material and carrier material are gas-tight materials. Material of the carrier is less tensile than the tensile material of stretchable wall (4). Expandable wall (4), already in the unstressed initial state of inflatable body (2), is stretched at least in the longitudinal direction (L). Method of manufacturing a hemostatic cuff includes providing elongated carrier (3) extending in the longitudinal direction (L) of carrier material with a predetermined carrier length (t). Then, elongated stretchable wall (4) of a tensile material with a given length (d) is provided in the longitudinal direction (L), length (d) of stretchable wall (4) is less than the length (t) of the carrier, and stretchable wall (4) has extreme areas (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d). Next, attach end sections (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) of stretchable wall (4), stretching the tensile material, at least in the longitudinal direction (L), to the elongated carrier (3) so that between the carrier and the stretchable wall gas-tight inflatable chamber (1) is formed.

EFFECT: technical result is the reliability of the imposition on the limb, ease of cleaning and sterilization.
