FIELD: satisfaction of human vital requirements.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a writing instrument used for dry writing on paper. Writing element for a writing instrument, a writing instrument, as well as a method for producing a writing element for writing instrument equipment are proposed. Writing instrument with a writing element includes an elongated element/barrel, longitudinally limited to the end part and having a gripping part. Barrel has a longitudinal cavity of a given length, and the said writing element has a body bounded by an end fitted with a tip suitable, when used, for drawing marks on paper by means of oxidation. In addition, the said body has an elongated connecting part, provided with an appropriate connecting means suitable for interacting with said cavity, wherein said end containing said tip is coated with a coating made from a two-component metal alloy containing bismuth and tin.

EFFECT: production of a writing tool that does not need a consumables, inks, has a long service life and practically does not require sharpening, while the mark left on the paper while writing cannot be rubbed with a hand or erased with an eraser.
