SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aviation technology and can be used for descending from buildings and structures. Rocket pack consists of a frame with a tethered system to which the cylinders are fastened with a reserve of the working medium mounted on top of the hinged fastening of the exhaust nozzles with manual control. Rocket pack provides for the design of the supply of working fluid to the exhaust nozzles from a ground source. Compressed air is used as working medium. Satchel can be additionally equipped with an airbag and a parachute.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to improve the reliability of the device, ensuring emergency rescue of high-rise buildings and structures.
