FIELD: security facilities.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used for the evacuation of people from high facilities, passengers and crews of flying and floating vehicles and people found in the flooded buildings. At rescuing the evacuation sites are equipped by the vessels for the working medium storage made from the oiled capsules with thin elastic covers filled with gas under overpressure as well as by the working medium pumping-in devices, cylinders with compressed gas, compressors for the compressed gas pumping-in. Each rescued person is fitted with an individual cocoon-overall, space between the outer overall surface and the inner part of the cocoon-overall cover is filled by the working medium producing a protective layer around the body which is thick enough to damp dynamic forces at meeting an obstacle, the cocoon-overall with the rescued person in it is automatically disconnected from the capsule-pump and is sent to the free fall. At landing on water it is provided for the buoyancy of the cocoon-overall with the rescued person in it, his body is protected against hypothermia and soaking and the search efficiency is aided by bright phosphorescent painting of the cover and generation of a radio signal by a radio beacon.
EFFECT: increasing safety and reliability at people's rescuing.
