SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry, specifically to a composition having analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity. Composition with analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity, consisting of curcumin in a complex with phospholipids and an extract from the roots and rhizomes of Echinacea angustifolia, extracted with CO2, standardised to 25 % isobutylamides mixed with acceptable excipients, where the composition is intended for oral administration, and curcumin in a complex with phospholipids is present in an amount of 600 mg, and Echinacea angustifolia extract is present in an amount of 5 mg per oral standard dose, or where the composition is intended for local administration, and curcumin in a complex with phospholipids is present in an amount of 200 mg, and Echinacea angustifolia extract is present in an amount of 200 mg.
EFFECT: said composition has a pronounced analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity.
