FIELD: medicine; pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a powder composition for preventing and/or treating inflammation or pain, a method for production thereof. A method for producing the powder composition, comprising the following steps: a) dispersing a lipophilic extract of Echinacea spp. or plant lipophilic extract containing alkylamides, selected from Zanthoxylum spp. or Acmella spp., and a lipophilic extract of Zingiber officinale in at least one polar organic solvent selected from ethyl acetate and ethyl alcohol, and holding while stirring until complete or partial joint solubilization of the lipophilic extracts in an organic solvent to obtain a solution or suspension; optional heating; b) adding at least one sunflower lecithin to the solution or suspension of lipophilic extracts and holding the mixture while stirring until complete or partial co-solubilization of the lecithin; optional heating; c) removing the organic solvent to obtain a powder composition. Powder composition for preventing and/or treating inflammation or pain, obtained using the above production method. A pharmaceutical preparation for preventing and/or treating inflammation or pain, containing a powder composition and at least one physiologically acceptable excipient and/or carrier. A nutraceutical preparation for preventing and/or treating inflammation or pain, containing a powder composition and at least one physiologically acceptable excipient and/or carrier. A cosmetic preparation for preventing and/or treating inflammation or pain, containing a powder composition and at least one physiologically acceptable excipient and/or carrier. Use of the composition containing the powder composition for preventing and/or treating inflammation or pain.
EFFECT: above-described composition demonstrates high solubility of active ingredients in gastric juice, is characterized by fast and effective absorption of active ingredients and, as a result, fast onset of their pharmacological activity, effective for preventing and/or treating inflammation or pain.
