FIELD: processing and recycling of waste.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of disposal of drilling waste and can be used in the disposal of sludge drilling waste. Method of disposal of drill cuttings wells includes the separation of drill cuttings from drilling mud and unloading drill cuttings in the sludge barn. Dividing metallic armature of cellular type is formed inside the sludge barn in the form of vertically oriented cells for the possibility of subsequent separate batch chemical-technological impact on the drill cuttings in each of the cells. First, the colloidal system is destabilized by the introduction of ferrous sulfate in an amount of about 1–3 % of the total weight of drill cuttings to visually noticeable dilution of the mass and uniform structure formation. Then, the obtained mass is absorbed by introducing expanded vermiculite in an amount of about 1 %. Complete the impact of the introduction of humic acids in an amount of about 1 % of the total mass of drill cuttings. Method is carried out with constant stirring at a speed of about 30–60 revolutions per minute within the range of about 30–60 minutes for each of these operations and control the relevant parameters with the definition of the hazard class of the resulting product during exposure. Then remove the metal reinforcement from the sludge barn and add the soil in the amount necessary to achieve the obtained product concentrations below the maximum permissible.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to guarantee high quality of utilization while eliminating unnecessary exposure time, saving resources spent.
