FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aviation, in particular to rotorcraft support structures. Rotor arm assembly for use in a rotor craft rotor hub system includes a pitch shaft and a plurality of discrete bearings coupled to the pitch shaft. Plurality of bearings are a plurality of resilient bearings configured to facilitate movement of the rotor arm assembly about a plurality of degrees of freedom. Assembly further comprises a thrust bearing connected to the first part of the pitch shaft between the inner bearing of the axial hinge and the outer bearing of the axial hinge. Each of the thrust bearing, inner bearing of the axial hinge and outer bearing of the axial hinge is aligned with the axis of the blade.
EFFECT: improved response of the structure to centrifugal loads and improved movement around the blade axis.
