SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and device for producing a flavoring capsule for a cigarette. Proposed device for manufacture of flavoring capsules for cigarettes, and the device includes a device for manufacture of capsules, including a reservoir for membranes, intended for storage of the membranes, flavoring fluid reservoir for storing a flavoring fluid and a nozzle connected to the membrane reservoir and the flavoring fluid reservoir by the respective supply lines; wherein the device is intended to be molded, by feeding the membranes from the membrane reservoir and the flavoring liquid from the flavoring liquid reservoir, the initial form of a flavoring capsule in which the membrane surrounds a flavoring liquid; and a first curing device for first curing a flavoring capsule, a capsule manufacturing device, and a membrane manufacturing device, for manufacturing membranes and supplying the manufactured membranes to the capsule manufacturing device, moreover, by setting the thickness of a flavoring capsule membrane produced by the capsule manufacturing device in the range of 0.5–0.8 mm, the crush strength of the flavoring capsule is adjusted in the range of 0.8–2.0 kgf, and the membrane manufacture device is intended for manufacture of membranes using agar, pectin and sodium alginate, which consist 45–55 %, 35–45 % and 5–15 %, respectively, of the membrane, not including water and plasticizer.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to provide the ability to maintain temperature.
