Enclosing structure contains panels 1, vibro-suspension 2, limiters 3, elastic supports 4, elastic gaskets 5, elastic stops 6, profiles 7. Vibro suspension 2 comprises first solid body 8, second solid body 9 and elastic insert 10. Construction is connected with the bearing parts of building 11 (ceiling, floor, walls).

EFFECT: technical result of using the proposed enclosing structure is to increase the soundproofing and vibration-isolating properties of the structure.
