FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry and can be applied to the operation of a small diameter injection well with a single-lift two-packer arrangement. Method includes preparing a well, lowering the arrangement into the well, planting the packers and testing them for leaks, pumping the working agent simultaneously and separately into the productive strata, during the overhaul period of the well for more than 360–370 days before this repair, a wing, shank of oil-well tubing (hereinafter tubing) with the diameter of 60–73 mm, the length of which is selected on the basis of the distance from the place of the maximum depth of gauging of the production string to the bottom, mechanical or hydraulic scraper for the production string with the diameter of 102–114 mm, a pattern with the diameter equal to or 1–2 mm larger than the packer diameter, and 15–25 m long on tubing with the diameter of 60–73 mm, scraper production of the production string is carried out in the interval of landing packers, the speed of the descent of the template and scraper does not exceed 0.25 m/s, the bottom is washed in the amount of not less than 1.5 times the well volume, the scraper is pushed up with the template, when the overhaul period is less than 360–370 days, the scraper with the template is not lowered, the arrangement is assembled, an axial action packer is used as the lower packer, the outer diameter of which is 5–10 mm smaller than the inner diameter of the production string, as the upper packer – resistant packer, outer diameter of which is 5–10 mm smaller than the internal diameter of the production string, non-removable part of the device separate injection (hereinafter DSI) is installed between the packers taking into account the fact that after installing the packers in the well, the DSI should be approximately opposite the upper reservoir or object of development, arrangement is run into the well to the required depth on the tubing string with a diameter of 60–73 mm; tubing is lowered with length measurement and internal gauging of the tubing string, packers are bind with geophysical research or measuring tubing, the layout is adjusted to a predetermined interval, a location for installing the packers is selected no closer than 2 meters from the coupling of the production casing, when binding with geophysical research, tubing head adapter is installed, if necessary, the hydraulic test of the tubing string for tightness is conducted, the packers are installed and pressurized, pressure of pumping fluid into the annular space during pressure testing of packers does not exceed the permissible pressure on the production string; the insert is released (the extracted part of DSI) with the required fittings into the non-removable part of DSI from the wellhead, in the recoverable part of the protective protection device, there are two flow channels: the first connects the tubing cavity with the upper layer, the second with the lower layer, fittings are installed in both flow channels, which, as necessary, distribute the total volume of injection over the benches (development objects), to clarify the correctness of the installed fittings, the flow rate of the injected fluid in the layout is determined using a geophysical flow meter, before lowering the flowmeter into the well, a valve is installed on it, blocking the opening of the flow channel for the upper reservoir, then the flowmeter is lowered into the well and set 20–30 m above the DSI, then the total measurement of the volume of fluid injected into two formations and bottomhole pressure is performed, then the flow meter is lowered even lower – all the way into the removable part of the DSI. At the same time, the valve installed on the flowmeter closes the flow channel to the fitting of the upper layer (object of development) and measures the volume of fluid injected into the lower layer (object of development) and the bottomhole pressure. When the obtained research results correspond to the required well, it is left in operation. If it is necessary to change the redistribution of the injected fluid through the benches a lift from the well of the extracted part of the injection distribution device is carried out, the chokes are changed to chokes with the required diameter, and the recoverable part of the protective relays is dumped from the wellhead to the well.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of operation of injection wells.
