SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a fastening equipment, namely to the fastening elements of additional layers, for example additional layers of thermal insulation, to a supporting base. Device for fastening is made in the form of a sleeve with a longitudinal hole and a disc element, at least the diameter of a part of the length of the longitudinal hole allows additional element to be assembled therein, which is a rod intended for mounting in longitudinal hole.
