FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of buildings and structures, in particular, to attachment of additional elements to structures. Device for fixing elements to base consists of a sleeve, which is a rod with a clamping element at one end and a brace zone at the other, in which there is a longitudinal hole connected to the rod by a flexible elastic element of the cover with a skirt and a spacer element mounted in the longitudinal hole of the sleeve. In bottom of seat there is a recess into which at least part of cover skirt can be mounted, if height of skirt exceeds height of wall of seat, and diameter of cavity in sealing zone is less than diameter of annular projection on cover skirt.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to securely fix the lid on the seat, while ensuring sealing of an opening.
