FIELD: personal and household goods.
SUBSTANCE: paper napkin dispenser is proposed as a table top paper napkin dispenser. Dispenser includes a lower backed inner casing (2); outer casing (1) covering inner casing (2); spring (5) located in the center of inner casing (2); plate (6) mounted on spring (5) and connected to it; and cover (9) covering inner (2) and outer (1) casings from above. Dispenser also contains tongues (3) along the edges of outer casing (1) and slots (4) provided along the edges of inner casing (2), which engage with the tongues when connecting the outer and the inner casing. Dispenser contains hinge loops (9.1) provided on cover (9), and elastic taps (11) on inner casing (2) for connection with hinges (9.1) of the hinge joint. Grooves (12) are made on outer casing (1) to enable the rotary opening and closing of cover (9) on inner casing (2). Dispenser contains channels (7) defining the stroke of the spring-plate mechanism consisting of spring (5) and a plate (6), as well as hooks (8) of the stroke limit, which are L-shaped and provided on the plate (6); advertising materials (17) may be inserted from four sides between inner (2) and outer (1) bodies.
EFFECT: paper napkin dispenser is proposed.
