SUBSTANCE: proposed is a dispenser for sheet products containing a base (10), an outer body (50) attached to the base, wherein the outer body has a first part (52) configured to protect the foot of the issued sheet products, and a second part (53) with an issuing hole (54), wherein the first and the second parts are fastened without a possibility of disconnection and without a possibility of movement relative to each other, a platform (60) configured for reciprocating movement relative to the base (10) and spring-loaded in the direction to the issuing hole (54), and a first and a second stands (13, 14), respectively, extending from the base (10) parallel to the direction of movement of the platform (60) from opposite sides of the platform, wherein the outer body (50) is configured to be detached from the base (10) for insertion of a stack of paper products between the first and the second stands and placement thereof on the platform.

EFFECT: technical result is a dispenser for sheet products applicable for dispensing napkins.
