SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computing and can be used to build high-speed voltage level converters, including when interfacing elements of electronic systems with multiple power sources. Voltage level converter circuit contains: six P-type field-effect transistors (1–6) and eight N-type (7–14), two inverters, inputs of direct IN and inverse input signals, high voltage level output VDD, low voltage level output terminal (GND) and outputs direct OUT and inverse .
EFFECT: technical result is that the proposed voltage level converter has a higher speed of converting a high voltage level and returning to a low voltage level.
