FIELD: computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering and can be used for constructing of voltage level high-speed converters, including during interfacing of electronic systems components with several power sources. Voltage level converter diagram includes eight of P-type field-effect transistors (1-8) and four of N-type (9-12), inputs of direct IN and inverse input signals, high level voltage power supply output VDD, low level voltage power supply output GND, and OUT output.
EFFECT: disclosed voltage level converter has higher speed characteristic of high level voltage transformation and return to low level voltage.
