SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and systems for automated synchronization of the process of collecting goods. In the method, information about the location of goods in a store is obtained, an order is received from a user for collecting goods from the store containing the location of this store, single list of goods is formed by comparing the goods from at least two orders in the store with information about the location of the goods in the store, areas of goods collection are distributed on a single list of goods for collectors of goods, the list of goods is sent to each collector of goods on his mobile communication device based on the distributed areas of the collection of goods, process of collecting goods is synchronized when there is a collector of goods on the basis of a signal from a mobile communication device of the collector of goods about the processed goods and at least two orders, by forming a record in the computer system of the performance of a target action with the goods of each specific order to track the status of the collection of each specific order and to determine when all the target actions with all the goods of the order are completed.

EFFECT: technical result consists in automating the synchronization of a product collecting process.
