SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computing technology, and particularly, to systems for executing cross-border purchases. The technical result is achieved by receiving, on a first server, a request to enable roaming and registering the first user on an arbiter server which then registers the first user as a roaming user on a second server located in the second country, sending a request for purchase of a paid product and/or service from the first server to the arbiter server, generating a digital coupon and attributes thereof for the product and/or service selected by the first user on the second server at the request of the arbiter server and sending data on the generated digital coupon to the arbiter server considering the legal requirements of the second country, saving the generated coupon data and transaction data on the arbiter server and generating or updating the debt of the first country to the second country in the amount of the cost of the purchased goods and services by the first user, generating a digital coupon on the first server, identical to the one generated on the second server, based on the data on the generated coupon received from the arbiter server.
EFFECT: increased efficiency, security of data processing and operations with digital coupons during cross-border interactions considering compliance with the laws of the countries.
