FIELD: agriculture; technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the grain drying industry and can be used for drying grain crops, mixed fodder, etc. Inside the chamber, inclined perforated sieves are sequentially arranged, the length of which increases as the material dries out. Under the third sieve, designed to cool the dried grains, is a gas supply duct connected to the first blower fan. Exhaust diffuser above this sieve is connected by a duct with a second fan and a heater installed under the gas supply duct and the first sieve. Exhaust diffuser located above the first sieve is connected by a duct to the gas supply duct above the second sieve. Exhaust diffuser, located above the second sieve, is connected by a duct with heat exchange tubes located in the receiving hopper of the dryer. Side walls of the receiving hopper are double-sided, on the one hand they serve the spent coolant, and on the other they are connected by an air duct to the air dryer and the first blower fan. Each of the sieves has an individual adjustable vibration drive.
EFFECT: improving the thermal efficiency of the drying process due to the use of coolant recirculation and stepwise drying and reduction of energy costs for the finished product.
