SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary medicine, namely to the prevention of inflammatory pathology in the reproductive system of sows. For this purpose, the Giprolam probiotic preparation is intravaginally administered during the last three days before farrowing daily with an interval of 24 hours at a dose of 50 ml per animal, α- and γ- pork recombinant interferons in the form of intramuscular injection are additionally administered for the last three days before farrowing daily with an interval of 24 hours at a dose of 10 ml each per animal.

EFFECT: invention provides for the normalization of the microbiota of the reproductive system of sows and increases the resistance of the body, contributing to preventive efficacy in inflammatory pathologies in the reproductive system of sows, preservation and development of piglets, reduction of the onset of sexual cycles after weaning piglets and ensuring high fertility.
