FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to objects identification and can be used to improve the reliability of authenticity control and anti-counterfeit protection of various valuable documents and products by applying a photosensitive identification mark based on bacteriorhodopsin. Mark contains a substrate with an adhesive composition for fixing the layer, on the inner surface of which a layer of a photochromic composition in the form of a gelatin film with embedded – suspended – bacteriorhodopsin is fixed by means of the adhesive composition having thickness of 3÷10 microns, and a protective layer of an optically transparent film easily destructible attached to the substrate and to the layer of the photochromic composition by means of the optically transparent adhesive, in the following ratio of components of the photochromic composition, parts by wt.: bacteriorhodopsin 0.2÷0.8; gelatin 75÷95.

EFFECT: photosensitive security mark for hardware identification is proposed.
