SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio engineering, in particular to transmitters. Result is achieved in that the universal cover in the transmitter is made in the form of a truncated cone and is equipped with a light frame around the perimeter. Housing with a lid for fixing is enclosed by a holder made figured and equipped with an element for fastening cables. On one of the side faces of the body are the controls. Structural electronic circuit is built on the series connection of the corresponding elements, while the said circuit is equipped with an amplifier of microphones, connected to their gain control, the controller, the latter is connected in series with the radio transceiver and antenna. Controller has the ability to contact with the microphone button, the button “TEST”, LEDs and a connector for sensors, in addition, the power source is connected to the controller and the radio transceiver, and through the contacts of the power connector to the charger.

EFFECT: technical result – the expansion of functions by the possibility of transmitting information from various sources and increasing the clarity of its identification in the surrounding background noise.
