SUBSTANCE: wearable personal warning devices for workers on railway tracks. Annunciator contains a receiver (2), a controller (3) connected by an input to an output of the receiver (2), a vibrator (9) and a light source (10) connected respectively to the first and second outputs of the controller (3), and a power source (11) connected to receiver (2) and controller (3). It is additionally equipped with a VLF low-frequency amplifier (4) connected to the power source (11), the first input of which is connected to the third output of the controller (3), a sound synthesizer (6), the input of which is connected to the fourth output of the controller (3), a transmitter (7) , the input of which is connected to the fifth output of the controller (3), and the speaker (5) connected to the output of the ULF (4), and the output of the sound synthesizer (6) is connected to the second input of the ULF (4), while the controller has the first memory (17) and a second memory (18), a microphone (8) connected to the first memory of the controller (3), a channel switch (12) connected to the controller outputs (3).
