FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to creation and operation of energy systems. Power supply system of local consumers consists of generators based on renewable energy sources and a generator based on a non-renewable energy source, fuel cell, control device connected to the generators, energy storage devices and energy consumers. System further comprises a cryo-tank with compressed natural gas, connected through a valve system, ejector and pipe with a fuel cell, sensors for measuring temperature, acoustic emission, pressure and mechanical stresses mounted on the cryo-tank and pipeline and connected to the control device, made in the form of information-measuring and control system. Information-measuring and control system contains a device for converting and intelligent analysis of measurement information, control device for the fuel cell operation, control device for safe operation of the cryo-tank and control device for energy transmission. Device for converting and intelligent analysis of measurement information is connected to measurement sensors, and is connected via a device for controlling the safe operation of the cryo-tank with the valve system and through the control device of the fuel cell functioning is connected to the fuel cell. Energy generators, energy storage devices and energy consumers are connected to the information-measuring and control system through a power transmission control device.
EFFECT: invention allows to provide the optimal ratio of a fuel and energy balance for long-term operation of the system in an unattended mode and during periods of inability to replenish fuel reserves.
