FIELD: agriculture; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technical means for subsoil tillage. Unit contains the bearing frame and working bodies with air-impulse drive installed on it. Also, the unit is equipped with three sections (1, 2 and 3), rigidly mounted on the frame with the possibility of dismantling. First (1) and third (2) sections are made folding, the second (3) section — the base section — is made with hitch tongue (4), support (5), transport (6) wheels and compressed air cylinder (7). Each section is made in the form of two frames, the front (8) of which has six, and the rear frame (12) of the second section (3) - seven para-ploughs (9). Para-ploughs (9) are made with pneumatic tubes embedded in them with four tips on each side, except the front, and are installed with the possibility of alternating the pulsed action of compressed air and changing the depth of tillage. Para-ploughs (9) are directed parallel to the horizontal surface, some of which are directed in the direction opposite to the movement of the unit, while others are perpendicular to it with a vertical shift. Para-ploughs (9) are hinged on the frame with the possibility of displacement in the vertical and horizontal planes. Needle grinder (13) and toothed harrow (14) are fixed on the rear frames of the sections on the brackets with a working depth of less than the depth of the pulsed action of compressed air. Width of the grinder (13) grip and harrow (14) of the second section (3), taking into account the overlap, is 4-6 cm longer than the width of the first (1) and third (2) sections, and the diameter and length of the pneumatic tubes are at least not more than the width and length of para-plough (9).
EFFECT: improved quality of tillage and increased performance due to the increase in the speed of the unit.
