FIELD: agriculture; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machinery, in particular, to the technical means for subsoil tillage. Unit contains the bearing frame and working bodies with air-impulse drive installed on it. Unit is equipped with three sections (1, 2 and 3), rigidly mounted on the frame with the possibility of dismantling. First (1) and third (2) sections are made folding. Second section (3) — the base section — is made with hitch tongue (4), support (5) and transport (6) wheels and compressed air cylinder (7). Each section is made in the form of two frames, the front one (8) of which has six, and the rear frame (12) of the second section (3) has seven crescent-shaped para-ploughs (9). Para-ploughs (9) are installed at an acute angle to the horizontal surface and are made with pneumatic tubes embedded in them with tips for supplying compressed air in the direction opposite to the movement of the unit. Para-ploughs (9) are hinged on the frame with the possibility of displacement in the vertical and horizontal planes. Needle grinder (13) and toothed harrow (14) with a working depth less than the depth of compressed air pulsed action are mounted on the brackets on the rear frames of the sections. Width of grinder (13) grip and harrow (14) of the second section (3), taking into account the overlap, is greater than the width of the first (1) and third (2) sections. Diameter and length of the pneumatic tubes are at least not more than the width and length of the crescent-shaped para-plough (9).
EFFECT: improved quality of tillage and increased performance due to the increase in the speed of the unit.
