Invention is a therapeutic elixir for irrigation of the mucous membrane of the maxillary sinus with plastic oroanthral fistula, including the 0.05 % solution of chlorhexidine bigluconate in the amount of 50 wt. %, characterized in that it additionally contains "Polysorb MP" in the amount of 30 wt. %, 0.5 % hyaluronic acid in the amount of 10 wt. % and lidocaine hydrochloride in the amount of 10 wt. %.

EFFECT: therapeutic elixir has detoxification and antioxidant properties, it has a pronounced hyperosmolar activity, as a result of which it suppresses wound and perifocal inflammation, absorbs purulent exudate and mucus, provides anesthetic effect, does not damage granulation and viable epithelial scyphoid cells of the maxillary sinus mucosa, it does not inhibit marginal epithelization of the oroantral fistula after surgery for its surgical removal.
