SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for reforming gas mixtures containing hydrocarbons and carbon dioxide. Said method includes bringing the source gas into contact with a catalyst containing a noble metal, converting the gas to a first gaseous product, bringing the first gaseous product into contact with a catalyst not containing a noble metal and converting the first gaseous product to a second gaseous product, wherein the technological pressure of the method is from 5 to 200 bar.
EFFECT: invention provides efficient conversion of carbon dioxide and prevents the formation of coke on the catalyst, as well as the saving of significant quantities of expensive precious metals.
