FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of separation of liquid mixtures and can be used in the petrochemical, chemical and food industries, as well as various fields of human activity for the separation of multicomponent liquid mixtures. Distillation column contains a vertical case with contact mass transfer plates, a heater, a reflux condenser, a cooler, a pipe for feeding the initial mixture, a reflux feed pipe and outlet pipes for the mixture components obtained, a longitudinal vertical partition intersecting the contact mass transfer plates and dividing the column case into vertical sections, in addition, a vapor phase flow regulator is installed under the partition in the form of a damper fixed with the possibility of horizontal movement. Coaxial shell, limited by the vapor phase flow regulator, is installed in the case of the column, equipped with pipes for feeding the initial mixture and reflux into the sections and communicating with pipes for feeding the original mixture and reflux. Column is equipped with additional vertical partitions, and all partitions intersect all contact mass transfer plates and divide the body of the column into equal vertical sections. Shaft is mounted along the central axis of the column, on which the vapor phase flow controller is fixed, the size of which is not less than the dimensions of one section. Column contains two distribution devices for the initial mixture and reflux, each of which is made with the possibility of sequential supply of the initial mixture and reflux in the section, placed in the cavity of the shell and consists of a glass and a lid, placed at a distance from each other and rigidly mounted on the shaft. Each of the glasses is provided with a through hole, made on its side surface, and is fixed on the shaft so that its through hole is directed towards the regulator of the vapor phase flows. Glasses of distribution devices for the initial mixture and reflux are open from the side of the supply pipes of the initial mixture and reflux, respectively, and their through holes are made with the possibility of communication with the branch pipes for feeding the original mixture in the section and with the branch pipes for supplying the reflux in the section. Covers of the distribution devices for the initial mixture and reflux are placed on the side of the supply pipes of the initial mixture and reflux, and the space between the cup and the lid of the distribution devices for the initial mixture and reflux is in communication with the pipes for the delivery of the initial mixture and reflux.

EFFECT: increase of efficiency, optimization of the rectification process, expansion of the functional capabilities of the device.
