FIELD: alcohol industry. SUBSTANCE: brew- rectification plant contains interconnected brew, epuration, and rectification columns, dephlegmators, condensers, inlet and outlet pipes for brew, heating agent, distillery dreg, ester-aldehyde fraction, epurate, rectified and condensed alcohol. Body of each column is made in the form of parallelepiped separated into horizontal sections. Dephlegmators are disposed on upper side of each section of epuration and rectification columns and are separated from sections with walls. Each section has overflow and vapor barriers. Overflow barriers are chequerwise arranged and are rigidly joined through one end with bottom of each section, whereas other ends of barriers are positioned at the same level with the mouth of drain barrel of section. Vapor barriers through one end of each barrier are rigidly joined with covers of each section, whereas other ends of barriers are positioned below the mouth of drain barrel. In addition, vapor barriers are arranged at acute angle to vertical plane and are curvilinear, their concave sides facing vapor mouth of section. EFFECT: improved design of columns. 12 dwg
