FIELD: heating equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering, the field of heating a liquid, such as water, using electricity, to generate steam, and can be used for the bodies of any devices for heating a liquid and generating steam, including household appliances. Objective of the invention is to improve the manufacturability and ease of manufacture of bodies of water heating devices, increasing the degree of homogeneity of the used body materials, improving thermal, mechanical and electrical characteristics of the bodies and ensuring the most optimal combination thereof with the corresponding characteristics of the metal components of devices using plastic bodies. Task is to increase the reliability and durability of the device and to lower the requirements for assembly accuracy. Task is also to improve the performance of the device, service life, increase the maintainability of the device. Plastic water boiler comprises a body made of heat-resistant plastic. Composition of the plastic from which the body is made includes stable isotopes of elements that make up the plastic. Body is made of plastic with the largest possible coefficient of thermal expansion, approaching the coefficient of thermal expansion of the electrodes. Body (1) of the device consists of two identical halves – upper (2) and lower (3). Each half of body (1) is identical to the other half and has an elliptical cross section.

EFFECT: such a design of both halves as a unified one part greatly simplifies the manufacturing technology of the device, since it allows the use of one tool for both halves and different versions; such a technical solution in combination with the content of indicated isotopes in the stated order is unknown from the prior art and in combination it creates the super effect not reducible to a simple sum of the effects of entering each feature separately.
