FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heating and can be used in gas flow heating boilers. Gas flow-through heating boiler contains a container with branch pipes for supplying and discharging a heat carrier, in which a cylindrical combustion chamber of a gas-air mixture with open and closed ends and an ignition device with a gas-air mixture spark plug is axially installed, which communicates with resonator pipes for heating the heat carrier and a flue gas exhaust manifold through exhaust pipe, air blower through the receiver with check valves into the mixing chamber, made with metering holes for supplying combustible gas. A cone-shaped deflector is installed at the outlet of the mixing chamber, forming an annular slot with the closed end of the combustion chamber to change the direction of the gas-air flow towards the spark plug. Resonator tubes are arranged in coaxially concentric rows relative to the combustion chamber, connected in series through gas annular manifolds with an exhaust pipe with the possibility of transverse washing of the combustion chamber wall and resonator tubes with a heated coolant. The combustion chamber on the side of the open end is bounded by an elliptical cover forming a gas collector communicating the combustion chamber with an internal concentric row of resonator tubes. Diaphragms are installed in the exhaust pipe to reduce noise from the emission of flue gases, and the coolant supply pipe is made at the end of the tank from the side of the open end of the combustion chamber. The closed end of the combustion chamber is made elliptical, forming an annular slot with a cone-shaped deflector to change the direction of the gas-air flow to the spark plug of the ignition device and into the cylindrical wall of the combustion chamber. The boiler can be made vertically oriented, for which the coolant supply pipe is installed at the bottom of the tank wall, and the exhaust pipe is outside along the tank.

EFFECT: simplifying the design and increasing the efficiency of a gas flow-through heating boiler with the possibility of using various combustible gases.
