SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of lotteries and similar games, including on any type of transport. Transport lottery, including the participants notification of the game’s progress and results, is conducted using the multi-component electronic data recording, processing and transmission system. Feature of this invention is that the system is based on the use of the information technologies modern means. It includes a central (main) server (service) by the electronic means connected the ticket booking points and the transport system checkpoints, as well as to the drawing and passengers notification devices, including the random numbers generator. Central (main) server (service) is also associated with the gameplay control links, which contain the monitors network. In the system provision is made for integration with the payment systems and with control panel. System as a whole is configured to interact with the Internet and mobile applications, has a lottery website for access via a web browser. Main service additionally contains a data processing and game process calculation service. In the system provision is made for the hardware random numbers generator based on the use of cosmic radiation or shot noise in the resistor. According to this invention the random numbers generator generates the game tickets and numbers for the lotto machine. In parallel with the ticket, a gaming electronic ticket is provided, generated either by the random numbers generator or by the passenger itself given numbers. Game ticket contains 15 random numbers in a row of 5, arranged in three rows and nine columns, wherein in the first column the numbers from 1 to 10 are located, from 11 to 20 in the second column, and until 90 in the same order. Also provision is made for a ticket with five rows and five columns into which 25 random numbers are entered in the range from 1 to 75. Any person, including who is not a passenger at the time of the raffle, but using a mobile application and / or website, can participate in their game.
