FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to methods for processing hides. Microwave installation for the separation of hair from the skins of rabbits when wetted in brine contains a cylindrical shielding housing, inside which a dielectric drum with cylindrical compartments is coaxially installed. Inside the compartments are mounted coaxially cylindrical resonators without bases, in contact with a non-ferromagnetic disk, which has an opening and serves as the lower bases of the resonators. Non-ferromagnetic disk is stationary and coaxially on the base of the shielding body, which has an unloading hole under the cylindrical compartment of the drum and the hole in the disk. Shielding case contains a drain pipe for brine removal. On the upper base of the shielding housing, which has a charging opening above the cylindrical resonator, along the perimeter there are microwave generators with emitters and a pneumatic line for suction of separated hair. In cylindrical resonators set rules from a dielectric material. Angle of the shielding housing is adjustable to ensure that the resonator with the rule is immersed in the brine. In the shielding case, the brine is poured through the loading opening and maintained to a certain level for immersion in it with the skin. Each cylindrical resonator in the cylindrical compartment is moved during the rotation of the dielectric drum with the help of an electric motor. Along with it, the rules with the skin move successively, taking up space above the discharge opening, under the feed opening, in brine, under the radiators, under the air line. Microwave installation is located on the mounting rack.
EFFECT: proposed microwave installation for the separation of hair from the skins of rabbits.
