FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to super-high frequency equipment and can be used for removal and collection of hair from hides rabbits. SHF apparatus for separating hair coat from rabbits skins during frying in brine contains resonator chamber. It is formed by horizontally located non-ferromagnetic semi-cylinder 1 and non-ferromagnetic tray 4 of rectangular section due to their joining along perimeter of semi-cylinder generatrix. In tray 4 there are installed with possibility of movement and rotation around their axis 6 dielectric rulers 10 made in the form of frame assembled from rods, forming the shape of truncated cone, on which plate rims of the appropriate diameter are fixed, and along center of straightening axis 6 is laid. Ends of axles 6 of rulers 10 are located in fixing rollers 7 located above conveyor chains 5, installed in skids, driven by electric motor. Upper and lower skids are installed one above another in parallel, along side surfaces of tray 4 on outer side. One end of each axis 6 is installed in gear wheel 9 located between fixing roller 7 and frame of rulers 10 engaged with rack arranged parallel with inner side of tray 4. super-high frequency generators 2 are arranged uniformly on generatrix of semi-cylinder 1 with radial shift of 60 degrees, end sides of semi-cylinder are closed by means of curtains from metal-mesh heat-resistant film. On one side of tray 4, where cone-shaped carcasses with larger base are directed, there is branch pipe 3 for fluff removal connected to pneumatic conveyor.

EFFECT: disclosed SHF apparatus for separating hair cover provides intensification of the dehairing process while maintaining fluff and skin quality.
