SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to restorative medicine and chiropractic, and is intended to determine movement in the spine. Method consists in measuring changes in the distance between the landmarks applied to the spinous processes, with different types of movements in the spine, differs in that the measurement of changes in the movement of landmarks is carried out using computerized photometry with high resolution, and to increase the resolution of photometry, a digital USB microscope is used with a base made the way the focal distance to the landmarks remains unchanged regardless of the patient's inclinations, as well as with the micrometric scale, which allows comparing the position of landmarks with scale divisions, the base of the microscope is placed on the spinal section under examination, the microscope is held by a specialist's hand, the microscope is switched on in the mode of continuous video recording of the movement of landmarks caused by the movement of the patient in the spine.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the efficiency of detecting not only the whole spine, but also the movement of a single spinal segment.
