FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of snow surfaces for their maintenance in proper condition for sports purposes, in particular, for preparation of ski runs. Towing hook for preparation of ski runs contains a metal frame made of longitudinal and transverse rods and fastened in the front part with a drawbar of a triangular shape, having a traction coupling device for connecting to a towing vehicle. Device includes two transverse harrows attached to the longitudinal rods of the frame for loosening of snow, spaced and parallel to each other, and made toothed with hinged teeth inseparably attached to them. Device also contains a removable cutter attached to the back of the frame for cutting a ski track with two cutters and a device for placing a load that increases the specific load. Brackets are fixed on the frame in the form of plates for fastening equipment elements to it. Traction coupling device is made removable, equipped with an elastic shock absorber damper and safety device and connected to the drawbar with the help of a swivel bracket, in which the body of the stepless adjustment unit of the depth of surface treatment is fixed with the possibility of its axial movement in the form of an adjusting screw with elements for fixing its position. Frame is made three-tiered of shaped tubes in the form of a spatial frame of two symmetrically located from two sides along its longitudinal axis of the trapezoidal sidewalls, the lower sides of which are horizontal and made shorter than the middle sides, inclined towards them and extending beyond the lower sides until contact with the surface being treated, and are connected at their ends by racks perpendicular to them, having a greater height on the side of the drawbar than at the ends of the lower sides. Transversely located front harrow is attached to the underside of the trapezoidal sidewalls on the side of the drawbar in the horizontal plane. Second harrow, located in the horizontal plane behind the first harrow, is attached to the inclined sides with the help of plate brackets, spring-loaded to the vertical stand on the side of the drawbar and has a rotation axis with respect to the main frame to enable it to rise when it encounters an obstacle. Each harrow is made in the form of an angular section of a steel profile provided with brackets and teeth of the frame in the form of an element bent in the central part at an obtuse angle, the angle of the opening facing the drawbar. Teeth of the first harrow are made in the form of rectangular plates arranged parallelly to the longitudinal axis of the frame, and are permanently fixed to the frame in such a way that a tooth plane is perpendicular to the treatment surface, and the cutting blade of a tooth is located at an acute angle to the treatment surface and sharpened one-sidedly. Teeth of the second harrow are located on its frame with its inner and outer surface, with three teeth on the outer side located in the center of the bend on the side of the drawbar and made similar to the teeth of the first harrow, and the teeth on the inner side are located along the entire length of the harrow, made of steel bar and sharpened on the underside. To the ends of the middle inclined sides removed from the tongue, a transverse profiling comb connecting them and a closing rear part of the frame is fixedly attached to align the treatment surface, made of transverse parallel pipes attached to two spaced apart along the entire width of the frame parallel to its longitudinal axis of steel corner profile elements with a slot made at the top of each profile element. Brackets are attached to the ends of the transverse tubes of the comb on the outer side of the frame for attaching additional equipment, and to the inclined middle sides of the attachment points to them of the short vertical racks of trapezoidal sidewalls with an exit beyond the width of the comb, elastic flat plates are attached at the bottom on both sides for smoothing the snow surface. On the side of the drawbar next to the uprights, the middle inclined sides of the trapezoidal sidewalls are interconnected by a transverse tube, which is connected by tubes that are inclined to the horizontal plane with the first transverse rail of the profiling comb, forming a frame for installing a snow-reflecting screen under it. To the rear part of the frame along its edges between the cross tubes of the comb on the middle sides of the sidewalls, perpendicular to them, rear vertical rods are attached connected by horizontal upper pipes with the front vertical rods of the frame on the side of the drawbar and interconnected by the upper transverse tube, forming the upper tier of the frame carcass for attaching the side and rear shields to it, forming a device for placing a load in the form of a transport platform, made in the form of an open box-shaped body with bevel of side walls on the side of the drawbar, the base of which is a snow-reflecting screen. Cutter is located behind the rear part of the frame and is made in the form of a box-shaped shovel with a pointed front edge, on which a transverse tube is located, which serves as the axis of rotation of the cutter body, two pipes parallel to each other are attached perpendicularly, forming a bracket for connecting the cutter with the frame, for which a window of two vertical posts is made in the latter between the transverse top-level tube of the frame and the rear transverse comb tube. Cutter body is additionally connected to the frame by means of a spring, one end of which is attached to the axis of rotation of the cutter, and the other end is located in the bracket located in the upper cross member of the frame above the cutter bracket, and the axis of rotation of the body is additionally connected to the upper rear part of the frame by two chains. Cutters of the removable cutter are placed on the underside of its steel body, fitted with two smoothing elastic plates mounted along the edges of the cutter body in relation to the cutters, between which there is a horizontally placed plate, which is fixed to the rear part of the cutter body, with a stiffener on the rear edge for installing an additional weight. C-shaped frame is attached to the cutter body to restrict movement of the mentioned weight. Device is equipped with a removable two-wheel unit for technological transportation, attached to the rear of the frame.
EFFECT: invention ensures achievement of high efficiency of a towing hook while ensuring ease of its use.
