SUBSTANCE: appliance contains frame out of longitudinal and transverse rods in front part hingedly connected with tow-bar, at least two transverse loosing elements, and rare support element in form of wide short ski. Appliance has additional support element in form of ski installed before the front loosing element, and devices to adjust angle between planes of location of the front and rare support elements (skis) and loosing elements.

EFFECT: increased universalism of the appliance, ie ability upon minimum required traction force operate with same efficiency both on old hard or ice-covered tracks, and on tracks covered with thick layer of fresh or wet snow.
