FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry, namely to magnesian grouting materials, and can be used when carrying out repair and insulation works to isolate formation waters, as well as to eliminate the leakage of the production casing and the cement ring during repair and rehabilitation works in oil, gas and gas condensate wells with a maximum temperature of up to 90 °C. Magnesian grouting material containing magnesite caustic powder, magnesium chloride, water and additives, characterized in that it contains serpentinite-magnesite and hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid – HEDP, as additives, and as magnesium chloride and water – natural bischofite brine with a density of 1,300 kg/m3 in the following ratio of ingredients, wt.%: caustic magnesite powder 26.76–37.50, ground serpentine-tyne magnesite 8.92–12.50, HEDP 0.00–1.50, natural bischofite brine with a density of 1,300 kg/m3 rest.
EFFECT: production of cement material with adjustable terms of thickening and setting and formation of high-strength cement stone and high coefficient of water resistance.
