FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to engineering and computer science. In the method of predicting the state of a technical system, by approximating its parameters to a continuous function based on the data on functioning of the aggregates, data on the functioning is accumulated; one of the models of functioning of individual units is chosen, allowing the representation as a continuous function. Next, the approximation of indicators in their discrete digital representation is obtained. Current performance indicators are obtained, compared with the values of the function obtained and the size of the deviations of the current indicators from the values of the approximating function is determined. Size of the deviation of the incoming indicators from the values of the approximating function is determined and the current deviations are concluded as normal or anomalous. State of individual units, and/or subsystems of units, and/or the system as a whole are predicted. Obtained indicators and conditions are saved and used as control actions.
EFFECT: optimal system operation is achieved.
