FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the measurement equipment, namely, to the relative deformations and temperature measuring means. Device contains included into the Wheatstone bridges located on the test object TO resistance strain gages and thermocouples, switch for the thermocouples connection, the Wheatstone bridges switch, analog-digital converter ADC, personal computer PC, power supply. Additionally, the device is equipped with the power supply unit, the Wheatstone bridges power supply switch, the power supply spark protection barriers unit, the control spark protection barrier, the thermocouples connection spark protection barrier, router, and the optoelectronic relays. Device is made up of two separate hardware modules, the first of which includes connected to the ~220 V mains power supply, which output is connected to the power supply spark protection barriers unit. Power supply spark protection barriers unit outputs are connected to the current collector corresponding contacts first group. First hardware module also includes equipped with the multifunctional card PC, which corresponding outputs are connected to the collector contacts corresponding current second group via the control spark protection barrier, a router interface connected to the PC by the Ethernet interface and by the 802.11b/g/n to included into the second module ADC. Second module also includes: placed on the TO strain gauges and thermocouples, power supply unit, the thermocouples connection spark barrier, the Wheatstone bridges power supply switch, the Wheatstone bridges switch, the optoelectronic relays, the thermocouples connection switch. Current collector contacts first group corresponding response contacts are connected to the ADC power supply input, the power supply input, and to all the switches power supply inputs. Power supply output is connected to the Wheatstone bridges power supply switch corresponding input. Thermocouples connection switch inputs group is connected to the thermocouples leads through the thermocouples connection spark protection barrier, and the thermocouples connection switch output is connected to the ADC temperature measuring channel. Via the three-wire line each strain gauge is connected to the corresponding Wheatstone bridge three-quarters, each of which is made in the form of located on the circuit board three fixed-value resistors of the same as the corresponding strain gauge rated resistance. Wheatstone bridges outputs are connected to the Wheatstone bridges switch corresponding inputs, which output is connected to the ADC relative deformations measuring channel input. Each ADC relative deformations measuring channel positive and negative low-voltage power outputs are connected to each of the Wheatstone bridge corresponding power inputs via the corresponding optoelectronic relays switches, which power outlets are connected to the Wheatstone bridges corresponding power supply outputs, which input is connected to the power supply unit; current collector contacts second group corresponding response contacts are connected to all of the switches control inputs.
EFFECT: device enables the relative deformations and the temperatures measurements that meet the requirements of GOST R IEC60079.11-2010 "Explosive atmospheres. Part 11.Intrinsically safe electrical circuit i", directly on parts made of explosive materials during inertial tests on the centrifugal installation.
