FIELD: it engineering.

SUBSTANCE: physical quantity sensor contains no less than two resistors at least one of which is changing its resistance if the physical quantity is changed, a condenser; at least one comparator, at least four electronic keys, time-number converter and a shaping unit for the output digital signal. A microcontroller of the time-number converter is equipped with a recording device and is designed for electronic key control, the capacitor discharge time conversion with the use of resistors into the relevant digital signals, their transmission to the recording device, comparison of the recorded measurement results, shaping based on the results of comparison of the output digital signals.

EFFECT: enhanced measurement precision and reduced the sensor's energy consumption.
