FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to a method for growing plants in a nutrient solution. Lettuce is grown in greenhouses with supply of a nutrient solution under the roots. Nutrient solution is at the same time electrically activated, bubbled and its temperature is controlled. Nutrient solution is bubbled with ozone with the concentration of 1–2 mg/m3, its pH is adjusted in the range of 2.8 to 6.1 and the temperature of the nutrient solution in it is maintained from 18 to 20 °C.
EFFECT: more succulent plants without bitterness are provided.
